Classes

All group classes are $10 per person. No need to buy a block of classes or keep track of a card. Just show up, pay ten dollars and enjoy a great yoga class!

 

Hatha Yoga All-Level Classes

This class is for beginning and experienced students alike. Hatha is the most accessible and widely practiced discipline of yoga in the Western Hemisphere. These classes are for anyone who wants to try yoga for the first time or to deepen a long-time practice. You must be able to get up and down from the floor to attend this class.

 

Yoga in Chairs

This class is for a person with limited mobility, either temporary or permanent, which has been brought on by illness, injury or disease. Jane modifies traditional yoga poses and techniques so they may be performed in a chair or standing, using a chair for support.

 

Yoga @ Lunch

This is an all-level class for those who might not have time to attend a regular yoga session. Just 45 minutes long, this gently invigorating class is perfect for those who want to increase strength and flexibility without taking too much time from their day. No need to change out of your work clothes if they are comfortable enough to move around in during class.
